Wholesale Terms & Information

Please read the following wholesale terms & information before placing an order.

Minimums
Wholesale minimum order amount is 100.00. Some items have minimum order quantities.

Tax ID & Phone Numbers
To place a wholesale order, we must have both your tax exempt number and telephone number on file. Please e-mail or fax them to: 810-658-8388.

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Money Order & Checks. Any orders placed with a check or money order, please allow an additional 7-10 days to clear our bank. Credit card orders will be processed within 24-48 hours.

Returned checks or stop payment checks
A 35.00 fee will be charged to your account for each NSF or stop payment check.
Your account status will changes to credit card only.

Returns
No returns will be accepted on all wholesale orders.

Damages
All products that leave our facility are packed carefully. If any products arrive damage please retain all original packing material and notify us via e-mail or phone immediately. Please open all packages and report damage within 3 business days of delivery.

Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping & Handling Charges
Actual Shipping charges apply to wholesale orders. If the order is paid by credit card, we will adjust the total with the actual shipping charges. If paid by Paypal, we will email you a new invoice with the total. Please allow processing time up to 2-3 weeks.

How to order online
To place an order, click the add to cart button next to the item. After you are done
shopping you can view your cart by clicking view cart/checkout. Click Proceed to checkout.
If you are a new customer, click New Customer Click Here and fill out the information.
Next time you shop with us, just type in your username and password. Click Continue with
Checkout and choose your payment method. Click Continue and then enter your payment information and click Submit Order. Contact Us via Phone or E-Mail if you need help placing an order.
