How to order online
To place an order, click the add to cart button next to the item. After
you are done
shopping you can view your cart by clicking view cart/checkout. Click
Proceed to checkout.
If you are a new customer, click New Customer Click Here and fill out
the information.
Next time you shop with us, just type in your username and password.
Click Continue with
Checkout and choose your payment method. Click Continue and then enter
your payment information and click Submit Order. Contact Us via Phone or
E-Mail
if you need help placing an order.

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Personal
Check.

Any orders placed with a
check, please allow 7-10 days to clear our bank. Credit card orders
will be processed within 24-48 hours. Michigan residents will be charged
6% sales tax.
Shipping Costs & Procedures
Please allow 7-10 business days for standard shipping. We ship regular
business days (M-F) excluding
Holidays. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments unless
insured.
Contact us if you would like your order to be insured upon ordering.


Please Note: A majority of our items
are shipped in large boxes due to the sizes of our products (up to
50 inches long) and ship a lot of glass. We strive to keep our
shipping costs to a minimum for our customers.

International Shipping
Our company ships internationally, but are not responsible for lost
shipments after leaving
the US. Shipping charges for international orders will be added to your
total.
Please email us for shipping estimate and we will provide a new invoice.
Return Policy
If you are not
satisfied with any product(s) purchased from Country Life Gifts please
contact us within 5 business days of delivery before returning. Please
note that only store credit will be issued on any returns, no matter
what the circumstance is. Shipping and handling costs are not
reimbursed.
Damage During Transit
All products that leave our facility are packed carefully. If
any products arrive damage please retain all original packing material
and notify us via e-mail or phone immediately. Please open all packages
and report damage within 3 business days of delivery.
